Mobile & full-stack engineer. I build mobile apps and the systems behind them.

Note: apis, databases, admin panels. websites too

I'm Victor-Andrei Rădoi. Mostly I build mobile apps for iOS and Android. Apps don't run on their own, so I also build the APIs, databases, admin panels and websites around them. I've been shipping to the App Store and Google Play since 2020.

Right now Independent and taking on client projects.

Current ventures

Two companies where I'm not the contractor.

I co-founded Teamboard and I'm the founding engineer at GoParty, and I write the code for both. That habit carries into client work: I build things as if I'll be the one maintaining them, because usually I am.

Sports clubs run on WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets and paper folders, and the coach ends up chasing attendance and payments.

Teamboard is one app for private and public clubs: payments, the training calendar, attendance, stats and parent updates in one place.

GoParty is a suite of two apps: one for users, one for scanning and logistics.

Users discover events and buy tickets. The organizer's team scans tickets at the door and gets all the stats on every event.

Consulting & development

What you can hire me for.

I work best with founders and small teams who want one person to own the whole build. You talk to the developer, not to an account manager.

How it usually goes

  1. A free 30-minute call. You explain the idea, I ask annoying questions.
  2. A written plan with scope and milestones. I usually work hourly; short, well-defined jobs can be fixed-price.
  3. Builds you can install every week, through TestFlight and Google Play testing.
  4. Launch. After that I stay on for fixes and new features.

Mobile apps for iOS and Android

One shared codebase or two native apps, whichever fits the product. I take it from the Figma file through App Store review, then keep shipping updates after launch.

Typical work: offline mode, push notifications, in-app payments, QR scanning, deep links, store submissions, store listings (screenshots and feature graphics), and a privacy policy and terms that meet App Store and Google Play rules.

Full-stack product builds

The app plus everything behind it: the API, the database, logins, payments, the admin panel your team will live in, and the website that sells it. One person accountable for all of it.

Typical work: REST or GraphQL APIs, auth, subscriptions, admin dashboards and marketing sites, on NestJS, Firebase, Supabase, Kotlin or Python.

Architecture and rescue work

If your codebase gets slower to change every sprint, I can help. I've moved a legacy NFT marketplace onto Riverpod and Freezed, and folded a large web platform into one app for iOS, Android and desktop. I can review what you have, write the plan, or do the migration.

Typical work: code audits, state management cleanups, web-to-native migrations, tests around the scary parts.

Websites and portfolios

Landing pages, product sites and personal portfolios. Static pages where possible, so they load fast and cost next to nothing to host.

Typical work: launch pages for apps, product sites, portfolios, store badges and share previews, analytics with a consent banner that respects the answer.

Dream Pivot · client project · 2026

An AI career coach, built solo for a UK startup. Dream Pivot case study

Dream Pivot Ltd wanted a coach people would open every day, for anyone wondering what AI means for their job. I designed and built the app on my own: an eight-minute intake, nine possible paths, and a daily plan that's written one week at a time.

Challenge
There is no fixed course. Each new week of a plan is written by Gemini after a quick reflection on the last one, so the app has to generate, save and schedule content week by week, with reminders, on top of an intake that can read a CV or LinkedIn profile.
